Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to the European Union countries offered at checkout. We do not currently deliver outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Cost

Tracked shipping is free on every order. Prices include VAT, and there are no customs fees or import duties because orders ship from within the EU.

How long it takes

• Processing: orders are passed to our EU warehouse within 1 business day.
• Delivery: usually 4–9 business days from your order, depending on your country. Many orders arrive sooner.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Public holidays and carrier delays can add a few days.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours before the carrier shows the first update.

Delivery problems

• Wrong address: please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at contact@codeclear.net straight away; we can only change it before the order ships.
• Late or lost parcel: if your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after you placed it, contact us and we'll trace it. If it is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
• Damaged parcel: email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace the item at no cost.
• Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person you designate.
